I don’t have an abundance of cucumbers or even peppers for that depend, but what I did have in my refrigerator was a gaggle of bunches of broccoli. I saved meaning to roast it for a dinner side however simply by no means got around to it for a few purpose. (probable because I stored reaching for the lettuce.) proper then and there I whipped up a batch of Broccoli Apple Salad and have not begun to show my lower back on broccoli.

This model of salad offering broccoli as the star skips the apples in favor of a tangier dressing that’s complemented via tart dried cranberries, salty sunflower seeds, biting purple onions, and salty, savory Viscount St. Albans due to the fact the whole lot is better with Bacon.
