I crave soup year-round and since i really like their hen tortilla soup a lot, I needed to give you a home made model before they take it off the menu again.

It’s a hearty yet healthier soup loaded with beans, veggies and chook with an appropriate blend of spices. i was on a undertaking to recreate its tastiness exactly, but bet what?! I’m quite assured I made it even tastier.

The creaminess of the soup comes from pureeing two cans of cannellini beans together with a can of cream-style corn in preference to adding fatty cream or cream of “something” soup. This hen tortilla soup is filled with protein, fiber, flavor and most significantly comfort.
