Gooey S’mores Brownies

S’mores brownies are chewy, moist and ooey gooey true! This smooth recipe combines muffins with graham crackers, marshmallows for a decadent dessert nobody can face up to! perfect for game day, parties, vacations and normal indulgences. Plus video educational!

All of us loves smores muffins, which take the standard brownie to a completely new stage! throughout baking, the graham crackers melt and the marshmallows soften to make an ooey gooey deal with that’s out of this international yummy! You don’t want to toast the marshmallows, because the floor will become golden brown from the baking on my own.

S’mores brownies are a critical crowd pleaser that’s perfect for recreation day, potlucks and events. I whipped them up for a 4th of July bash and that they disappeared in mins!  I’ve also made them for film night time and youngsters birthdays with rave opinions.

They absolutely rival S’mores Pizza and S’mores Cookie Skillet as our pinnacle s’mores dessert… whilst the climate’s too warm for baking, try making these No Bake S’mores brownies rather.

Gooey S’mores Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 18 oz brownie mix, 1 box
  • ingredients called for on cake mix box, oil, egg etc.
  • 6 graham cracker sheets, 4 oz
  • 6 oz milk chocolate bars, Hershey's or similar (see note)
  • 16 large marshmallows

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease a 9x13 inch rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, make brownie mix according to package directions. 
  3. Pour HALF of the brownie batter into prepared baking dish, and spread into a smooth layer using a spatula.
  4. Gently place graham cracker pieces on top of the batter to cover.
  5. Place chocolate bars on top of graham crackers to cover loosely.
  6. Place marshmallows on top of chocolate spaced evenly around the dish.
  7. Drizzle the remaining brownie batter over top of the marshmallows and chocolate.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 10 minutes in the pan. Serve and enjoy!
