Quiche Lorraine Bites are filled with all the scrumptious flavors of Quiche Lorraine, and perfect for serving at a breakfast, brunch, or maybe cocktail celebration! They may be served proper out of the oven or at room temperature….both way, they’re completely scrumptious!

Have I ever advised you approximately my massive love of eggs, or the reality that I consume them for breakfast each. unmarried. morning? It’s genuine! As a lot as i love the pancakes and cakes and all things carb….my love for eggs takes the cake. And my kids love them, too! because of this that we undergo loads of eggs round here.

It’s not unusual to appearance in my fridge and see four dozen of them at any given time. because I know we’ll use them! And there’s nothing greater disappointing than pouring my first cup of espresso, attaining for the eggs, and remembering they’re all long past. I just can’t do it. no longer inside the morning.

So when Phil’s fresh Eggs requested if I’d want to associate with them, it took me about 2.2 seconds to answer sure!!! What higher way to proportion my love of eggs with all of you? in particular when they’re eggs you may sense excellent about.

Quiche Lorraine Bites


  • 2 packages 15 count each Phyllo Shells
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 3 large Phil's Fresh Eggs
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 pieces bacon cooked & finely crumbled
  • fresh chives for garnish


  1. Remove phyllo shells from package and place on a large rimmed baking pan.
  2. Saute onion in a small amount of olive oil until tender; set aside.
  3. In a glass measuring cup with a spout, combine eggs, cream, cheese, flour, salt & pepper and whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in sauteed onion and crumbled bacon.
  5. Pour mixture into phyllo cups, filling almost to the top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 12 minutes or until eggs are set.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh chives.
