Vegetarian Steamed Dumplings Fill In with Shrimp |
Steamed dumplings filled with shrimp
Dumpling skin ingredients:
- 375 gr of chakra flour
- 150 ml of boiling water
- 80 ml of cold water
- 1 teaspoon of fine salt
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Contents:
- 250 gr of minced chicken
- 100 gr of minced shrimp
- 5 hioko mushrooms, soak water, finely sliced
- 200 g of chicory, finely sliced, soak hot water, drain well
- 1 tablespoon starch
- 1 egg
- 4 garlic cloves, puree
- 2 cm ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 teaspoon of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of finely ground pepper
- ½ teblespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Spicy sauce, puree:
- 4 red chilies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespon vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- ½ tablespon of sugar
- 200 ml of water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ tablespoon of starch, dissolve with 2 tablespoons of water
How to make:
- Dumpling Skin: Mix flour with boiling water, mix well.
- Add cold water, salt and oil, stir by hand to form a smooth mixture.
- Let stand for 40 minutes. Take the mixture and roll it until it's thin.
- Print with a pustry cutter / sharp knife into a circle with a diameter of 7 cm.
- Do it until the dough runs out.
Contents: Mix all ingredients, mix well.
Solution: take dumpling skin, fill with 1 tablespoon of filling ingredients. Shape the edges by imitating / bending. Steamed until cooked. Lift and serve warm with spicy sauce
Chili sauce: mix all ingredients. Cook until boiling and thickening. lift.
For 8 servings.
