Recipe for Making Apple Salad Vegetarian Healthy

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 manalagi apple
- 1 wanglin apple
- 1 lemon
- 50 ml of virgin olive oil
- 80 gr of spinach
- 80 gr of iceberg lettuce or cos lettuce
- 25 gr unsalted butter
- 20 grams breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTION :
- Grate manalagi apples, set aside.
- Grate the lemon peel and squeeze the water.
- Put the grated apple and lemon peel into a bowl of salt, pepper,squeeze lemon and olive oil.
- Stir until the liquid is mixed, set aside.
- Cut the Wanglin apple in two parts.
- Cut the half wanglin apple like a match (Julienne technique), mix it into the bowl containing the mixture beforehand.
- Heat a flat frying pan with butter.
- Cut the Wanglin apple into 8 parts,
- bake it over a flat frying pan with butter.
- Add lettuce, salt, pepper, and spinach (put in the last to not overcook). Stir it up.
- Add the sauce made at the beginning. Set aside and let it cool.
- Cook breadcrumbs over the frying pan with one teaspoon of olive oil until crispy.
- Pour apple salad, sprinkle bread crumbs. Serve it.
